Elsie Ishami Muhirwa ‘26

Our 2025-2026 Managing Partner is Elsie Ishami Muhirwa. Elsie is a Senior, studying Government with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Rwanda. She loved welcoming the new class of Black Ivy this year and believes that the most valuable aspects of her Black Ivy experience have been the mentorship and networking opportunities. Having joined in her freshman fall and serving on the e-board for the past two years, Elsie has also found a true sense of family within Black Ivy.

Keten Abebe ‘27

Our 2025-2026 Director of Corporate Relations is Keten Abebe, a sophomore majoring in Public Policy in the JEB. E Brooks School and minoring in inequality studies, international relations, and law and society. Keten is from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and is interested in Corporate and International Human Rights Law.

Isaac Haile ‘27

Our 2025-26 Co-Vice President of Academics is Isaac Haile. Isaac Haile is a junior in the Industrial and Labor Relations School (ILR), studying ILR pursuing minors in Business, Law and Society, and Inequality Studies. He is passionate about the intersects between business and the law. On campus, Isaac is the President of the ILR-BSU, an Ambassador for the ILR School, a resident advisor on North Campus, and an active member in the Ethiopian-Eritrean Student Association. HIs favorite BIPLS memory was Advantage tour 2025 in Boston.

Our 2025-2025 Director of Public Relations for this academic year is Cherie Animashaun, a Junior studying Government and Public Policy. Cherie is interested in policymaking and looks forward to a career in public service in the future.

Basil Bob ‘27

Our 2024-2025 Vice President of Recruitment is Basil Bob, a Junior in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Government and English. He is from Sudan, but now lives in Gorham, Maine. On campus, Basil is the Social Action Chair for the Pan-African Muslim Student Association (PAMSA), Treasurer for Literary Society at Cornell, member of the BP team for Cornell Speech and Debate Society (CSDS), and contributor for the Cornell Daily Sun. His favorite BIPLS is Boston Advantage Tour!

Domaine Waysome ‘28

Our 2025-2026 Director of Internal Relations. Domaine is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences, planning to double major in History and Sociology with minors in Classics and Law & Society. He was born in Savanna La Mar, Jamaica, and immigrated to the United States when he was 3. On campus, he is the Co-President of the African Dance Repertoire and the Director of Choreography and Secretary for Gravity Dance Troupe. He also works as a Student Ambassador for the Student Phoning Program. Outside of classes, he is working on building his own nonprofit, Man Forward Project, Inc., catered towards bringing young men together; creating a space where they can be comfortable in their own selves, as well as working on career development. His favorite part about being in the Black Ivy Pre-Law Society is the strong sense of family that is constantly being fueled by our various events and trips throughout the school year.

Aminata Jaiteh ‘ 26

Our 2025-2026 Director of Alumni Relationships is Aminata Jaiteh. Ami is a senior studying Government, Africana Studies, and American Studies with minors in History, Law and Society, and Education. On campus, she is the President of Les Femmes de Substance, President of BLACBook Cornell, President Emeritus of PASA, and a Student Manager at the Office of Visitor Relations, where she serves as a tour guide and information specialist. She is passionate about education policy and access, and hopes to obtain a JD/PhD in the future to work in the intersection of law and academia. She is very excited for Black Ivy to celebrate their 10-year anniversary in the spring!

Katrina Greene ‘27

Our 2025-2026 Deputy Managing Partner is Katrina Greene. Katrina is a Junior, studying Government and American Studies with minors in Inequality Studies and Law & Society. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, she is passionate about civil rights law with a concentration on immigrant and worker rights. On campus, she is a Policy Analyst for the State Policy Advocacy Clinic, the President of the External Relations for the Caribbean Student Association, involved in Pi Lambda Sigma, and works at Cornell’s Gender Equity Resource Center. Her favorite memory from Black Ivy was a cooking competition from her freshman year, which allowed her to get closer to fellow members.

Alysha Adusei ‘27

Our 2025-2026 Director of External Relations is Alysha, a Junior in the College of Arts & Sciences, majoring in Government and College Scholar with minors in Law & Society and Film. She is from Worcester, MA, but her family is from Ghana. On campus, Alysha is the Co-Vice President of the Cornell Undergraduate Parole Initiative Club, Vice President of Wanawake Wa Wari Cooperative, Co-VP of External Relations for the Black Ivy Pre-Law Society, and a brother of Kappa Alpha Pi. She also hosts her own podcast, Our Natural Hair Club! Alysha's favorite memory about BIPLS is going on an Advantage Tour and getting to know fellow pre-law students.

Heily Gonzalez ‘26

Our 2025-26 Co-Vice President of Academics is Heily Gonzalez, a Senior in the College of Arts and Sciences triple-majoring in Government, Sociology, and American Studies with minors in Law & Society and Latinx Studies. On campus, she is the Co-President of Quisqueya the Dominican Students Association, she works as a team coordinator at the Statler Hotel, and is a member of Sabor Latino Dance Ensemble. This past summer, she interned at Proskauer Rose LLP, where she enhanced her love for DEI!

Okiki Fagbamigbe ‘26

Our 2025-2025 Director of Finance is Okiki Fagbamigbe, a Senior in the College of Arts and Sciences, studying Government with minors in Law and Society and East Asian Studies. From Queens, New York, she has always carried a deep passion for social justice and becoming an inspiration for those within her community. With aspirations of becoming an international human rights law attorney, Okiki is deeply involved on campus, being a part of Cornell’s Habitat for Humanity organization, UNICEF at Cornell, and a CET: Shanghai Campus Ambassador. Her favorite hobbies include reading and learning new languages!

Krystlove Yeboah ‘27

Our 2025-2026 Co-Director of Events and Programming is Krystlove Yeboah, a Junior in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Government and Sociology with a minors in Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, Inequality Studies and Law & Society. She joined the Black Ivy Pre-law Society in te Fall of 2024 as a member of the Exordium Excellencia Class and currently serves as a Director of Events and Programming. Her policy interests include educational policy, youth empowerment, and social equity within the African Diaspora. On campus, Krystlove serves as a Peer Mentor for the College of Arts and Sciences, a Writing Tutor for the John S. Knight Institute of Writing, a Research Fellow with the Jeb. E. Brooks School’s Center on Global Democracy and a Mellon Mays Undergraduate Research Fellow.

Daniel Addoquaye ‘ 28

Our 2025-2026 Co-Director of Event Programming is Daniel Addoquaye is a sophomore in the Brooks School of Public Policy, studying Public Policy with minors in Music and Creative Writing. Born and raised in Harlem, he is passionate about exploring the intersections of governance, the arts, and social impact. On campus, Daniel serves as Vice President of Policy for the Cornell Student Assembly, a staff writer for The Cornell Daily Sun, a debater in Cornell Speech and Debate, and Co-President of Cornell Black Cats. His favorite Black Ivy memory is touring different colleges during his first Advantage Tour!

Grace Kaumau ‘28

Our 2024-2025 Vice President of New Membership Development is Grace Kamau. Grace is a Sophomore studying public policy at the Brooks School of Public Policy. She is a resident of Baltimore, MD, and has a passion for the intersection of medical law with business law and economic policy. On campus, Grace is Vice President of Community Engagement for Les Femmes de Substance, Social Chair for Wari Wanake Cooperative, Social Sisterhood chair for Baraka Kwa Wimbo Acapella group, an Undergraduate Leadership Council Member, Student Ambassador, Course Assistant for Intro to Microeconomics and Intermediate Microeconomics, and a Library Assistant. Her favorite BIPLS memory was her class matriculation celebration!
